the Open Door Gallery
Requirements
*A Student Member is a person who is age 25 or under
and a full time student(Anyone may apply for
membership in the Open Door Gallery, but is subject to
Open Door Gallery Rules and requirements.) BE SURE
TO READ EXHIBIT RULES
Inventory
An inventory sheet must be completed and every piece
of work left at the Gallery must be on it with all of the
following:
*Title
*Artist name
*Code (artist initials followed by a number)
*Status (for sale/not for sale)
*Price before tax (only if for sale. If a price is listed the
work will be for sale unless otherwise noted on the
inventory sheet)
*Medium
Before a piece is removed form the Gallery, be sure it is
marked on the inventory sheet and you are given a
receipt. The same is for any time a piece is left at the
Gallery. Neither the Kay Frew Student Gallery nor the
Open Door Gallery is responsible for works not listed on
an artist's inventory sheet.
Exhibition
The Kay Frew Student Gallery tries to rotate work at the
beginning of every month. This is the best time for new
work to be hung and old work to be removed. A single
piece may not be on display for any longer than six
consecutive months. After the art has been shown for six
month, it will be taken down and put away until it is
picked up by artist.

*No membership fee
*Juried-in by Open Door Gallery committee
20% commission charged on all sold works
*Receive information about current and upcoming gallery
events
*May hang work for sale or not-for-sale works
